Opening the Star Map (can't wait for the new one coming in Rhea!), I noted that he was undocked in Paye. In fact, he told me as much in chat, so finding him was no great feat. I headed over in my Worm - my scout moved ahead. He was defiantly mining in an ore anomaly with a mackinaw, no permit in sight. As the only New Order Agent in the vicinity, it was my sworn duty to put this criminal miner to justice. I attacked!
